Integration into software:

To get the solution to work a few settings are changed to direct the outgoing mail (SMTP settings) via the server to insert the required header and footer information. The content insertion is an automated process that takes less than a second to complete. Information contained in the email remains confidential and secure.

Implementation for each email user:

Implementation can take place via the designated IT person or each email user can be contacted personally and guided through the settings that need to be changed.

Cost:

• Initial user setup -  once off setup fee R 150.00 per user.
• Header and footer layout and design – no charge if you provide the design. There are design consideration to be made based on the size and integration of text based information, such as the senders name, contact details etc.
• Annual Licence Fee is calculated on the number of users. The annual licence fee is in the region of
  R 500.00 per user. Discounts apply depending on the number of users.

There is no per email fee.
