Getting everybody to send out the correct message as easy as pie
Anybody who has been tasked to ensure customers get updated on important information knows how difficult it is to get everybody to send out the same message. The ‘broken telephone’ scenario holds true.
All too often the format of the message depends on the creative skills of the person sending out the email. Different customers may think that the accounts department is a separate company to the sales department.
